Orders & Shipping

Q: What's the cost of delivery?

A: Orders which have a cart value of over R799 will get free courier door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Orders with a cart value below R799 will have a delivery fee of just R80 for door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in SA.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Orders confirmed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Once an order is dispatched the delivery timeframe depends on your location.

Main cities of SA will be 1 - 3 working days.

Non-main cities: 2 - 5 working days.

Rural/ outlying regions: 3 - 7 working days.

Tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can see the updates and estimated delivery times.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

A: Our website is SSL secured and we only partner with South Africa's leading payment gateway partners.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. Our site is protected with Secure SSL encryption, so your data is safe. You’ll see the lock symbol in your browser as reassurance.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure EFT options for South African customers.

You will have the option to make secure payment via credit card, debit card, instant EFT, QR Code payments or By-Now-Pay-Later.

Direct EFT is also an option if you prefer and these orders will be dispatched once the funds clear into our bank account.

A: Absolutely! If you're not happy with your goods then please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can arrange to return the order to us for a full refund.
